Roof Master UK Ltd was established by Colin Richards, a self-confessed roofing guru, who has a knowledge and experience of roofing materials and techniques that spans from older traditional lead methods to modern day technologies dominated by fast application membranes. 
 
Colin spent 7 years working with and providing liquid plastic technology until he discovered a superior unsaturated polyester resin technology which provides a one-coat system as opposed to the liquid plastics two-coat system providing the benefits of faster application (to both the fitter and the customer), superior performance and lower cost. All of which are significant advantages to potential franchisees and roof owners.
 
Having discovered the one-coat system solution, Colin decided to establish Roof Master UK Ltd in his region. The company has offices in Aberystwyth and has built up an excellent reputation within the home- owner, public authority, commercial and architectural communities across Wales. 
 
The reputation of Roof Master UK Ltd has spread beyond these boundaries and Colin regularly delivers his services in locations around England.
 
Over the last 10 years, Colin has spent refining the ‘system’ so that an average roof can take as little as 4 hours and a Garage roof can usually be completed in 5 hours.
 
Due to the fact Colin has ironed out and refined all the old problems, this has enabled franchisee to do 3 jobs a week – most jobs take only one day – that means you will be able to repair a roof, quote a job and then load up for the next day, enabling you to give more time to customer services and productivity.
 
This ethos has even been carried through to the paperwork – the ethos of simplifying that dreaded paperwork is now done automatically. 
 
From the minute you receive the enquiry, it is a 4 step process from the initial lead to the income at the end of a job…enquiry -> quotation -> complete job -> invoice.
 
The process is simple and quick to apply, you could even say as simple as a-b-c or 1-2-3…

Fraser’s role in the team is to help you…
  • Succeed! Fraser’s primary role is to contribute to the success of all our franchisees. He’ll be working closely (‘hands on’) with you to make sure you have the right level of support to help you achieve the results we believe are possible.
  • Get A Steady Stream Of Customers! Fraser obviously won’t be doing the sales and marketing for you, but he will be continually developing, improving and testing all our existing marketing strategies, and adding others to them to keep your business flourishing.
  • Improve ‘The System’! Fraser will also be continually working with us to improve and streamline the franchise system so we get the best possible results from everything we and you do.
 
Background:
 
  • Liaised with and assisted government bodies and local authorities to facilitate international transactions with large multi-national companies
  • Responsible for implementing system management solutions to deliver both service based alert monitoring and fully automated self-healing capabilities
  • On site consultancy for large UK financial organisation.  Company savings made during project of over £1m
  • Helped to maintain the systems training department, of  UK based Insurance company, without the need to employ new member of staff
  • Key role in change management procedure training all staff on new systems.  Continuous updates collated and presented to new and existing staff on an ad-hoc basis

  • A senior franchise professional with expertise in all aspects of the franchise development
  • Previously enjoyed a 20 year career in sales marketing and general management working for major and mid-sized multinational corporations such as KPMG, IBM and Oracle
     
  • Seasoned manager with experience of setting up and growing small companies with no sales or brand image into successful UK operations
  • Experienced manager of distribution channels and the support systems required to deliver success

The Franchise Fee is set at less than 50% of your projected first year income – which means you should get a return on your investment within the first 12 months (I’m sure you see the sense of this for you).

The management service fee is set a rate that offers great value for money to you, and ensures the success of our business if you and all our other franchisees are successful. Because our main revenue comes from the combined results of all our franchisees we have to provide high quality support to help you succeed, otherwise our business fails.
 
 
3.The Franchise Doctors Earn Their Money From Your Success Too
   
We pay The Franchise Doctors a percentage of the management service fee our franchisees pay us.
